Payment Terms

Welcome, and thank you for choosing our services. This Payment Terms Agreement outlines the conditions under which you will receive invoices and make payments.

1. Issuance of Invoice
Upon your purchase, we will issue an invoice to the email address you have provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address on file is correct and capable of receiving emails from us. Invoices will be issued from Sweden and presented in the currency you selected during the transaction.

2. Payment Terms
You are required to pay the invoice within 30 days from the date of issuance. Timely payment is essential to continue the use of the product or service without interruption.

3. Value Added Tax (VAT)
If you are located within the European Union (EU), you are required to pay an additional Value Added Tax (VAT) of 25% on top of the listed price. This will be included in the invoice total.

4. Payment Method
For payments from outside Sweden, the payment must be made via bank transfer. The necessary bank details such as SWIFT, IBAN, and the account number will be provided on the invoice for your convenience.

5. Confirmation of Information
By making a payment, you confirm that all the information you provided during the transaction process is accurate and complete. You agree to pay the invoice under the terms set forth herein.

6. Non-payment and Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the product or service if payment is not received in accordance with these terms. Suspension or termination can also occur if any fraudulent information or discrepancies in your payment details are detected.

7. Modifications to Payment Terms
We reserve the right to modify these payment terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the appropriate channels and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.

8. Pricing and Information Accuracy
We strive to ensure the accuracy of pricing and all information displayed on our website and communicated through our correspondences. However, occasional errors may occur, including but not limited to typographical errors, incorrect pricing, and other incorrect information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error or discrepancy in the pricing communicated at the time of ordering, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel your order. By using our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the ultimate responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of your order, including the correct pricing, rests with you.

9. Refund policy
All sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed. This no-refund policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate usage, our decision to terminate your usage, disruption caused to our software or services either planned, accidental or intentional, or any reason whatsoever. We may, at our sole discretion, choose to offer refunds in exceptional circumstances. However, this does not obligate us to provide similar considerations to other transactions. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to these terms.
